OK..I have no thinking ability much less a ‘cap’…and I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer….however, I do have morals from time to time ..but.. I will wait for you to explain.
I’m sure someone will sort this out and leave a hint … maybe like this: read the first symbol as “Never”.
